The Account Architect will be responsible for the development and delivery of integrated marketing communications plans. Working together with the agency’s brand strategists and the public relations, social media, creative, traditional and digital media groups, this person will strategically select the best mix of tactics to reach our clients’ goals.
Responsibilities include:
-Lead agency cross-functional teams in the development and execution of integrated marketing communications programs designed to perform to success metrics
-Work with brand and media strategists to establish performance targets for client growth. Manage campaign activity to deliver targets.
- Design to and n=manage client budgets
-Spearhead agency cross-disciplinary team: including creative,
public relations, media and strategic planning to create and communicate effective plans.
-Where appropriate, incorporate internal communications, CRM, Direct and New Media into programs.
-Evaluate agency’s recommended communications tactics based on client goals and how they relate to overall marketing communications strategy
-Lead presentation, implementation and on-going management of client programs
-Work with teams to share information and identify potential areas of benefit to agency and client.
-Support the successful project management of marketing projects
Job Requirements: Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
-10 plus years marketing or advertising experience in both Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer environments.
-Experience working with clients and agencies
-The ideal candidate will have a background with extensive experience across traditional and digital media, public relations, marketing, channel management and sales support.
-Action-oriented and energetic, with an ability to move projects forward, be responsive to the changing needs of internal and external partners, and manage and motivate teams to achieve results
- He/she must be a creative, strategic thinker who is able to grasp the big picture, while simultaneously executing key tasks.
-Be both persuasive and adept at working with the Lines of Business to accomplish goals
-Must be collaborative player, functioning across agency teams and working with client teams
-Good communicator, both written and oral. Strong organizational, project management and presentation skills

The Halo Group is looking for a Traffic Coordinator who can drive projects throughout the agency workflow process. You will work with Senior Project Manager alongside our Client Service and Creative teams to produce campaigns which integrate websites, web-pages, on- line banners, emails, applications, broadcast, print and out of home. This is ideal for a pro-active driver, organizer with project management experience that likes a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
Primary Responsibilities
o Start job jackets, check file folders for thoroughness and clarity, ensure information is accurate (spec sheets, work orders)
o Route projects through all departments for input and approvals and track using job tracking and billing software
o Send projects in progress to/from outside sources ie: proofreaders, retouchers
o Keep account and creative staff informed of deadlines and alert of anything that would affect timelines or project scope
o Update weekly status report
o Create and distribute daily hot sheets
o File and organize completed job files, samples and related information
o Deliver final digital artwork to publications, hosts, etc /generate tracking codes
o Create and maintain vendor lists, production specification lists for on line and off line publications/ sites
o Call publications for extensions when necessary
o Work with Senior Project Manager to:
o Resolve any issues related to projects
o Alert Senior Project Manager of all changes internal or external that will affect timelines
o Schedule and facilitate creative meetings, internal reviews with appropriate staff
o Become proficient at using Agency-tracking software for job tracking and billing
o Maintain organization of all creative files and other relevant
information; file and organize completed job files and samples
o Maintain vendor and production specification lists
o Keep studio neat and organized
o Inventory and request creative supplies
o Run occasional off-site agency errands
Qualifications:
o Previous agency experience in project management/trafficking position
o Proficiency in MS Office, InDesign and Photoshop
o Experience with digital projects including social media, web development and/or mobile/tablet/apps initiatives
o Technically-literate, ability to adapt to new software programs
o Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
